Hiring Policy


We are having a robust Hiring policy to get the best and most trustworthy resources from the market. We are having the hiring flow as described below-
  • The candidate must be passed through the multiple selection procedures before on-boarding to a client.
  • Appropriate contracts must be signed by candidate before final hiring, it includes: Non-Disclosure Agreement, Offer of Appointment, Code of Ethics Contract, Candidate Client Off-Shoring Contract etc.
  • Before onboarding a candidate to a client, he/she must be gone through a secure and hefty background verification process and he need to be agreed on same.
  • There are no extra charges from client in case of notice buyout.
  • If the candidate is not suitable for client (or some other performance/competency issues) then immediate candidate replacement policy is there without any extra cost.
