The candidate must be passed through the multiple selection procedures before on-boarding to a client.
Appropriate contracts must be signed by candidate before final hiring, it includes: Non-Disclosure Agreement, Offer of Appointment, Code of Ethics Contract, Candidate Client Off-Shoring Contract etc.
Before onboarding a candidate to a client, he/she must be gone through a secure and hefty background verification process and he need to be agreed on same.
There are no extra charges from client in case of notice buyout.
If the candidate is not suitable for client (or some other performance/competency issues) then immediate candidate replacement policy is there without any extra cost.
